Chipotle Apple Casserole Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Bag of Bentilia's red lentil rotini pasta
- 2 Apples
- Vegan tuna substitute
- 1/2 Can of Chipotle peppers (or to taste)
- 4 Teaspoons of vegan mayo
- 1 Cucumber
- Freshly cracked peppercorn
- Himalayan Sea Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta per the box instructions
- Cut up the apples and cucumber to squares, keep in a bowl
- Mix the mayo and chipotle together until color is even
- Gather all ingredients including the tuna substitute in bowl and mix mix, mix
- Add cracked peppercorn and salt as desired
- Get ready for a dish you won't forget!
